While I was patient and willing to wait yesterday. Today is a whole new day...

Yesterday I was locked out of being able to fulfill Lord of the Inferno due to the instance bugging. I went and pre-occupied myself with leveling other classes and I was content.

But today I can't even get to the Character selection screen because of this 1017 error.
It has been an hour since you announce character login limitations.

I have been as calm as I can be this opening EA weekend.. but the fact that my 1.0 character is STILL missing from my character screen and account, and now all these bugs in EA that were supposedly fixed in Beta.

Another misfortune is what your idea was, putting the NA and EU servers in Quebec when the California base would have been a better choice due to the folk at the Square-Enix HQ there most likely being able to handle the situation better.

Please fix this.. because my gaming experience has been nothing but misery since Phase 3.

Agree with pretty much all your post, except for the Québec part. I am from there, and Québec as some of the best computer specialist in the entire world, so it was a great decision to put it there. Tons of MMO have their servers in California, and a lot of them have problems. So its not a Québec thing, at all.

Which it is not, you pay extra for a collectors edition to get a code and some people cant cancel orders now so it is not free, but yes this has been a complete waste of everyone's time and I am tired of hearing, "sorry." Stop freaking apologizing for something you cant fix and apologize by fixing it and giving your customers who are upset and are about to pull their money out of the game some kind of reimbursement.

I got lvl 20 during Phase 4. Not during Early Access. I've barely been able to do much during Early Access due to all these errors.

If they keep locking people out it might just mean they want less people to sub.
I'm feeling a bit scammed here if I'm very honest.
They didn't bother to beta test enough for NA/EU and use the early access time to stress test.

I find it very hard to not ask for a refund simply because of the attitude towards their customers.

I was in the queue and suddenly it boots me and says it's full, then "can't obtain EU/NA server list".

I'm getting annoyed now. If tomorrow's still the same... I'll probably just give up, ask for a refund and move on to another MMO.
