    WELL DUH.

to OP, have u even played post update on item degrade rate?
because damn my weapon lasts me 2-3 leves cycle, you probably arent wearing shit that is on your optimal rank if you have to cycle through 3-4 weapon. 2 weapon is more than enough these days, unless you grind alot which is probably a lie because nobody make grind party in XIV.

Umm how blonde are you.... I didn't mean they are not importent... I meant they will reconsider the npc repair fees once the game gets more money sinks. Yoshida posted it in the thread ppl want to get translated.

I know crafters are importent proof is they are classes. I suggest keeping up with m, or ask what i mean before you insult me.

Which is good thing as well. ._. what so bad about it. >_> You are playing in an MMO, there bound to be ppl who would be your friend and he's a crafting maniac. i have two friend from western and asian, who are Crafting maniacs and i had no problems in repairing nor getting some good items from them :P

peace out, for you don't tend to be more social enough.

Repairs are not that hard to get actually. I just stand in a crowded area(Ul'dah) then go take a 30 min break. Most of the time it's done but if not shouting always work. Yoshi-P realizes the players issue with repairing and will fix the problem(can't get a full understanding since I used google translate). He might lower the npc repair costs and/or lower the materials needed to repair items.

Most I ever offer for a repair is 10k, and that is for my Crab bow +1 and the rest of the time I offer 5-7k for my Bucc gear. Money is so easy to come by that there is no reason to complain about getting stuff repaired. My highest craft is 21 and I only do Crafting Leves every so often to level it up and most of the time when I put something up for repair it gets repaired literally within 10 minutes of standing in Ul'dah.

you get repairs cuz you offer more then fair compensation
hell i dont even ask 10k to repair crab bows, 3k is enough since i have 200 oak branches on me and get them often

i go more by the cost of the mat then anything, and put a minimum of 3k regardless(5k will really get peoples attention)

but your right, people get money easy, yet they are also so stingy about spending it for repairs, yet will drop millions for a piece of gear

I also put a 3k minimum which seems to help a lot. Personally I see the repairing service as the replacement for the telewhoring in XI.

the reason ppl are stingy is its like paying for the full price of gear you already own. Like buying a card for 5K and another 5K for repairs. They coulda bought the same car new for 10K. People will buy new thing all the time instead of repairing stuff.

once again proof you dont know what you are talking about

gear doesnt cost 5k, try more like 50k-5mil each
so 5k for a repair is not making you pay the cost again
