The worst thing about the early access...

...is that this was supposed to be a joyous moment. The moment when FFXIV would rise from the ashes and we would celebrate its return with smiles on our faces.

Instead most of us are left with a sour taste in our mouths, while sitting through maintenance after maintenance, and error after error.

I hope they fix this fast, so we can put this awful mess behind us. Lord knows it can't happen soon enough...

Still the same amount of errors occur after that, I'll be surprised if anyone pays the subscription.

I think were at that moment where we are watching what could have been going down in flames. I won't lie even after all this bullshit I will still be playing this game. However I'm sure this will cause many potential players to bail. It is a shame. Such an amazingly wonderful game crumbling because of piss poor planning. I had a feeling it would come to this because of how everything was planned out and how bad phase four ended up. I still however put blind faith behind the dev team thinking they could pull it off. Obviously I was wrong. I have been looking forward so much to being able to say the game is here no more waiting. Looking forward to the game actually working at this point.

For me the worst part of this EA.. Is They have the damn RR movie playing as kinda screen saver while you wait for log in... That movie is awesome and it makes me wanna play the damn game even more

I agree, I will still probably play after all the BS, as it seems next to impossible to get a refund from these guys... Worst thing for me so far this weekend is that where my toon is (behemoth) is where my whole linkshell is from other games also, but due to the server being locked out my wife hasn't been able to join us there so has just ended up playing GW2 all bloody weekend...
The beta phases shouldn't have only been a weekend long especially phase 4 being 1 weekend and thats it...

39$ , because if I had any idea EA was going to be such a train wreck I would have just waited and used my pc 1.0 rather than picking up a PS3 copy to get in EA.
