So before I knew the NA servers were under maintenance, I would log in, hit the "start" button from the main menu, and get brough to the character selection screen where it said the NA/EU servers were unavailable.

Maintenance is supposed to be over now, so I log in - but the "start" button on the main menu is greyed out. Eventually I get Error 2002, The lobby server connection has encountered an error.

I've exited the program and logged back in several times now, same thing each time.
