Any info on where to set up subscription?

Has anyone uncovered any information on where to set up our subscriptions when the time comes? Both SE account and forum account (don't have early access so can't check lodestone) have subscription settings but neither have info as of yet, I'm assuming it won't be set up till after official release, but its a bit confusing.

Their going to have something called a Mog Station, whatever that is. I'm sure it will be as confusing as always...
