We had some technical issues which meant some of our emails were not reaching all customers. These have now been rectified and all remaining emails are processing. Please keep an eye on your inbox, especially the spam or junk mail folders in case your email has been filtered automatically.
According to this, they're on their way, but no early access for us who haven't received it yet (launch is tomorrow). I wonder how they're going to recompensate...
