No download link and no EA code

I purchased the game (NA digital download) from SE and received a confirmation email with my purchase, however I received no download link or the imfamous EA pre-order code. I'm disappointed that I won't be able to play ahead of the launch, but it's somewhat understandable given the extreme amount of problems FFXIV has encountered. Even though I played through beta and have the client downloaded I am concerned that I haven't received the product I paid for. If I were a new player I would be extremely upset.

For the benefit of those in a similar situation, I have called Digital River (24hr technical support woohoo! ) and spoke to a rep (Micah?) that was very understanding. She said that they are aware of the issue, elevated it's status (whatever that really means) and have contacted SE. She also said that I should expect another email with the link within 24hrs, but we'll see if there's any truth to that statement. Unfortunately, all we can do is politely draw attention to the issues we are experiencing and patiently wait for a fix.

I haven't seen any offiical announcements from SE addressing this issue, but if anyone has any other information related to this please post and pass it along.

I am having the same issue, and with a line such as this "The following email is a summary of your order. Please use this as your proof of purchase." That won't work as it is asking for an actual code and to top it off the site is down for maintenance right now and should have been up several hours ago.

I'm having the same issue. I purchased the game from Square's Store, and got my purchase confirmation e-mail almost instantly. Seven hours later I submitted a ticket to both Square's support and the store's support. Since then, I've got 2 separate e-mails from support stating:

Thank you for contacting the SQUARE ENIX Support Centre.

This email has been sent to notify you that your ticket was received properly. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the delay in responding to your ticket directly.

If your issue has already been resolved and you are no longer in need of support, the URL below will provide you with a "Cancel Ticket" option to close your open ticket.

I'm a 1.0 player and I only purchased the game again for the three early access days. Of which two have already passed... /sigh

We had some technical issues which meant some of our emails were not reaching all customers. These have now been rectified and all remaining emails are processing. Please keep an eye on your inbox, especially the spam or junk mail folders in case your email has been filtered automatically.

According to this, they're on their way, but no early access for us who haven't received it yet (launch is tomorrow). I wonder how they're going to recompensate...

I haven't received an email, but I did just check my order through their site and I've finally got a code! XD No game download link as of yet, but SE is making progress. Sit tight everyone, things are afoot!

Same thing here. Pre-ordered this passed Saturday. Except I cancelled my pre-order after several hours of not receiving an early access or registration code. There was nothing in the Confirmation email that stated where to find the codes or if they would be sent at a later time. Also read on these forums about it happening to others. Now I'm worried on when my money will be refunded to me because that's the money I need to buy the game again. Woe is me.

Go to SE's main site and contact Support. Please hurry. Give them your order # ,or anything like that for Legacy players, and they will respond with your Register code.

I already contacted them on Saturday. Launch day is today, and still no codes.

My code just arrived!! My inquiry at Support is still open, so they didn't do anything. I just waited it out.
