Devs, unfortunately, never respond directly to the English language forums, they need to have the information relayed to them via the Community Management Team or the Localization Team. Even then, they never respond to the Technical support forums as they never know when a fix will be available, and unfortunately, it does not appear as if they have hired a Technical Support team to deal with the many issues plaguing the game. We have forum moderators who occasionally go through and deactivate threads that are over 15ish days without a response or they let people know that the information has been given to the developers, but they can do nothing about nor offer any ideas on how to fix issues that crop up.
