There are numerous threads on this and only ONE has any sort of official response, and it's a moderator response rather than a Dev response....

This is why Eastern devs should not make MMO's, they lack PR and the desire to try and make their products better and their customers happy to the point they just don't give two F's. That or they have 0 English translators over at SE.
