Runtime Error

I've been getting this bug since launch... Has anyone found a solution?

Just got it again after not seeing it for a few days. Happened as soon as I attempted to zone from the Lower Decks of Limsa Lominsa to the Upper Decks. Before that, all I was seeing was player pets; no NPCs, and no actual players. I already tried reinstalling the C++ stuff and done a fresh install of the game. It's not doing the trick. SE needs to take a look at this and find a fix.

EDIT: And now I've fallen through the ground and walking around on the ocean floor with no way to get back up. The hell am I supposed to do now?

And, just R6025'd again. 12 pages and no official 'we're looking into this' response yet? I have a feeling we're going to be ignored for awhile til they get all the other server issues ironed out.
