I too am hopeful for a response from SE on this issue. it is very annoying to have the sound cut in and out, super lag, and most startling, the sudden fall through seemingly solid footing! then to top it off to be disconnected with this r6025 error.
some others have touched on this and I have to agree that it seems to be at time of heavy congestion. For the only time this happens to me is when there is a queue for the server I play in. during low volume times my game runs well. good fps on high graphics settings for hours.
We all understand that MMO's have growing pains and are willing to be patient with that. However the lack of recognition on this and other issues is troubling. Just look at the Being Addressed/Currently Reviewing section on these forums, and the only topic is new character creation.

Yeah I think it's due to heavy congestion as well. Typically for me it tends to happen in LL

I've had this happen a couple of times today, although it's the first time I've ever seen this error.

Ive had it randomly and in random places whilst out exploring, never in a dungeon tho thank the gods, at first falling through the map was kinda funny but when you then have to run half way accross the map to get to the one spot you can get back onto solid land again in limsa it sorta gets annoying....tried all the fix ideas mentioned but nothing sticks for long.

Wouldnt surprise me if the reason they arent commenting is because they dont realise it is a problem....afterall its possible nobody has reported it outside the us/eu servers.

I was getting it twice a day since Beta. I found and downloaded this and haven't had one in over 24 hrs. It's the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86) http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downl...n.aspx?id=8328 . If you decide to try this, BE SURE to UPDATE it afterwards, restart your computer, then try to play and see how it works. Worked for me so far, hope it works for you too.
