Been a part of just about every other MMO launch. This one wins the prize. First the EU codes being handed out to NA purchasers(on you SE). Now I can't even log into the game I paid for because of this error. You just lost two more players. Was gonna sign up for a multi-month subscription. Not gonna happen. I believe in rewarding good customer service and good products. This game... so far... has neither good customer service or a good product(I can't even play it!!@). Good luck keeping customers after this fiasco. I know you'll survive but you won't get another dime outta me. Address your users concerns and communicate. I am not gonna pay to keep trying to login to the game over and ovver and over and over again. Too bad the game itself is pretty fun.
