    I think the most annoying part of this all is not really us not being able to get in. Its the fact that there "used" to be updated info on what they were doing and the problems. However they haven't posted anything new or given us any information for hours. Yeah there is a problem. I understand stuff happens. I wouldn't be half as annoyed as I am now if SE actually kept us more up to date. Give us an update on progress of fixing 1. what the problem is, and 2. how you are going to fix it either every half hour or hour. And it should be posted on the launcher, lodestone, forums, twitter, carrier pigeon, smoke signals.

    dude they get mad props if they can write out whats wrong and how to fix it using smoke signals

    I understand issues.... but really? This is what test phases are for.

    I set aside a whole weekend to play this game, it was supposed to be my worry free weekend before a particularly heavy work week. I was able to play every beta phase without issue, including phase 4 when all of my friends were unable to play. I told them all, "This is why we test the game, early access starts next week. SE will have these fixed for us by then and we will be able to enjoy the game."

    Now not only is my weekend ruined by this, mostly because SE isn't giving us any timetable as to when these issues will be resolved, but now all of my friends who I spent a long time convincing that this was going to be a great experience for us all are thinking about not even playing at launch.

    This game is fantastic when it is working, and some maintenance is to be expected in any online game during its launch window. This on the other hand, there is no excuse for. If you are going to fix the problem, tell us what you need to do, tell us when we will be able to play, compensate us for the time we lost waiting through all of these problems and just FIX IT.

    I am hoping this will be fixed soon before my patience gives out and I cancel my pre-orders and convince my friends to do the same.

    They just updated a 3rd follow up on game login restrictions after emergency maintainance.
