The game hasn't launched yet ... officially, maybe. Which doesn't remove the simple fact that EA was part of the deal for pre-orders. There's plenty of people here who work a lot (including weekends) or have other duties on the weekend. A lot of them have taken the weekend off so that they can enjoy the EA, which was bought along with the game. And having been unable to play for 50%+ of the given time so far (we're not at the end yet) is an acceptable reason to be upset.
And what do you think will happen when the game is being released? You think the server issues will miraculously vanish? No, sir. You're entitled to your opinion of course and you may be content with how things are, but please don't try to insult those that are not.

Complaining about the complainers and attacking them is just wrong, you should understand they are upset they pay full price pre-order for the early access to not have early access, how would you feel if you were to buy a brand new sports car upfront with cash before its out in the market only to find out you can't drive it large majority of the time, you would be upset.

Ok so first:You don't know us so you don't know if we will leave after a wipe.
Second:This is early access so this is a legitimate launch for pre order players. This is NOT beta anymore.
Third:You NEED to pay to play Early Access so YOU also paid. We all have money on the line here.
So please, shut it.

You probably are one of those guys that stayed in Final Fantasy 14 One that said "It's ok guys, don't worry, it will get better". The real issue here is that we CANNOT get in game because of congestion. We NEED more servers and Free server transfers. If not launch will be a big disappointment for beta players. New players can just make new characters in other servers. Some players will just get in game, be afk, take up space and do nothing while others actually try to ge active and get in. If we do not get new servers and the transfers, people will continue to create new characters and so on and so on. Filling up every server. The problem won't stop. The reason WHY we complain is because WE like the game. we want to make it better.

Also, these are all beta problems, you shouldn't have launched the game with the same problems from beta. Maybe some new ones, but not the SAME ones.

I don't think they know. Maybe they just hired some random guys off of the street to work on the servers...who have no idea how to code, manage a database, or a complex server.

I have been trying to get in since 8 am and now its 7:45 pm cst and still no success - I even made 2 tickets with support - 1 about the 10102 and 90000 errors and the 2nd ticket is for the 1017 error.
