in 2 weeks, this game will end up just like version 1.0... totally retard launch. and they will try again in 2 years with version 3.0. Their just sitting there laughing at us for spending the money. I'm heading down to the retailer tomorrow to get my money back atleast. So 1 less person for you to worry about crouching the login servers

Petition on several jp forums to stop NA/EU players from making characters on JP servers. I don't have a link but people on Gilgamesh are talking about it in shout. This is coming from a friend since I keep getting 1017'd.

I set aside a whole weekend to play this game, it was supposed to be my worry free weekend before a particularly heavy work week. I was able to play every beta phase without issue, including phase 4 when all of my friends were unable to play. I told them all, "This is why we test the game, early access starts next week. SE will have these fixed for us by then and we will be able to enjoy the game."

Now not only is my weekend ruined by this, mostly because SE isn't giving us any timetable as to when these issues will be resolved, but now all of my friends who I spent a long time convincing that this was going to be a great experience for us all are thinking about not even playing at launch.

This game is fantastic when it is working, and some maintenance is to be expected in any online game during its launch window. This on the other hand, there is no excuse for. If you are going to fix the problem, tell us what you need to do, tell us when we will be able to play, compensate us for the time we lost waiting through all of these problems and just FIX IT.

I am hoping this will be fixed soon before my patience gives out and I cancel my pre-orders and convince my friends to do the same.

The server is now more stable for those who can still play, but it's a giant middle finger to those who cannot... but no worries guys, THEY APOLOGIZED, everything is forgiven.

I have been trying to get on my main server since noon its now 6 hours later and still getting the same thing that the server is full, ok I don't mind that heck I don't even mind having to pay to transfer my character if necessary to a JPN server, however I do mind just being locked out of the character that is my main and all those hours of work going to waste, and spending my entire day off clicking the buttons to get logged on and being meet with the same error over and over again.

I agree Tazila, but the Russian roulette is with 5 of the 6 chambers with bullets. Squenix doesn't know what it is doing. It needs to implement a queue for this issue. Putting people in line is not beyond their abilites, server wise. WoW managed it at least 6 years ago. Not that WoW is the shining golden god of MMOs, I'm just saying that it's an MMO, and this is an MMO, and the technology exists. It shouldn't be hard to create, and it shouldn't have been something they failed to implement before launch. Heck, it shouldn't have been something they failed to implement prior to Beta. This is what they get for not having a month long open beta where all the kinks can be worked out. Square-Enix, You have 2 weeks to get this all straightened out, or I will cancel my subscription. I also need some access by tomorrow. Or again, canceling.

Well that's kinda rude considering the majority of us cannot get onto NA/EU servers. It's not our fault :<
