Unable to update the Group NA/EU Character List

Is anyone else getting this issue? I tried logging in from both my desktop and laptop and I'm getting this message again. I can connect to JP servers just fine, but I don't want to make a new character to play when the other servers break, that seems really silly...

Same here. Getting the "Unable to update the group NA/EU character list" after getting kicked out by the 90k error. Restarted the launcher multiple times over the past 4 hours (it's 3:30 am now, the servers shouldn't be full) but it won't load the NA/EU server list even though the servers are up and running. I guess there is no solution except not being to log in for days once again. Yay! I'ts phase 4 and early access all over again!

I'm not normally one to gripe, as I understand launch problems, but it just seems really random. All the servers are up, why would this be a thing that is happening? It's not like my trial game time is going to get extended here, I just wish I could play I guess.

What sucks is that I don't know what to do about it. I tried shutting down, waiting 10 minutes and restarting the computer, but that didn't solve anything. It's still not able to find the list. I don't know what else to do besides contact customer support which is going to tell me to do the exact same things I have been trying. I've been hit with every major error since P4, so I'm beyond frustrated at the moment.

I think some people have found that by signing into the JP servers and then signing out has somehow brought the NA/EU servers back up. If you haven't got a character on the JP servers, try creating one, logging out and seeing if that works? It's worth a try and I hope that you can get into play soon

Tried it twice already, the list still isn't showing.

Is this not to do with server maintenance?

I am also having this issue. I tried creating a character on the japan servers and it did not fix the issue. Website says servers are on-line so im guessing its not maintenance.

So, SE posted an update saying that Japanese worlds were having login issues and that the issue was being addressed.....they haven't said anything about NA/EU. I'm still getting the error saying that the NA/EU world list can't be populated.

Same problem here. I cant enter the game for three hours!!! Damn SE!
