SE PLEASE FIX IT goddamn they just ignore this -_-
Funny thing about their Login Difficulty notice, even though it says japanese servers, it's obviously NA/EU. I was able to log into a JP server on the first try, where as I haven't been able to even see the NA/EU since I started trying this morning an hour ago.
Same error here, unable to update NA servers.
It's even better when it lets me get into a "Server is full, position in queue xx "(17 in this case)" And then it kicks me out with the 1017 after waiting about 5-10 minutes.

happening again
I don't think we should be expecting this problem to occur any moreI haven't had any issues for the past day, ever since the server addition and maintenance

Many people are dc now, give troubles to end dungeons in time

He may or may not be a professional programmer, but that doesn't detract from his point. A professional programmer does need to take potential problems and bugs into account in the development phase. And he's not saying anything about zero glitches or problems. He's just asking to be able to play, period. That's not asking too much. That's the bare minimum.
To be fair though, it doesn't seem like this is a problem with the code itself, since the JP servers are running just fine. The problem here seems to be that SE itself tried to cut corners and save money by buying as few resources (servers) as possible for NA/EU. And given all of the time spent testing with four rounds of betas, SE had more than enough time to gauge the interest in early access (especially since this access is tied to preorders and existing accounts, whose numbers are easily accessible for SE). There is no valid excuse for this kind of unpreparedness.
