The problem sounds like it doesn't lie in the lines of code, it's just overstress of the servers and in particular the server that links characters with zones and instances. This is why people are generally getting 90k'd and locked out.
It sounds like they either need to buff up that server or make more of them, maybe one per starting area? I dunno, it just doesn't sound like it's a programmer's code error thing.
Yeah. It's great all my guildmates are able to play and I'm still locked out.
Gonna have a good time raiding with them when they're 25 levels ahead of me. cool.

Well I got another thing for the company to think about. I am not trying to get myself in trouble here but....
Player base goes away and SE looses thousands of subscribers followed by a flush of emails from the angry players saying....
"I am very sorry for getting a refund on my recent purchase of a realm reborn. I understand that your company lost out on a nice chunk of money you could of still had. The rest of the players that got a refund wanted me to tell you guys that "We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused to your bank account. Thank you for your understanding"
Here's something that worked for me. I FINALLY LOGGED IN!!!
i restarted my ps3/pc. the unable to update NA/EU servers error got away.
Tried to log in four times and got the 'world is full message' BUT the fifth was successful.

Login Limitation After Emergency Maintenance (Aug. 25): Follow-up 3
We have confirmed that the issues on the North American/European data center Worlds have resurfaced. Therefore, we have placed a severe login restriction in order to stabilize the servers.
While you may continue to have a difficult time logging into the game, please note that the issue is being addressed, and new updates will follow as additional information becomes available.

Is anyone else getting this issue? I tried logging in from both my desktop and laptop and I'm getting this message again. I can connect to JP servers just fine, but I don't want to make a new character to play when the other servers break, that seems really silly...
