Freeze/Crash & BSOD issues

wrong. He didnt say shut down, he said he has to press reset which is totally different, a computer will shut its self down to protect its self from damage such as over heating) providing the bios is setup correct.

When alot of us are having to press reset this is because the computer has locked up which is due to software failure, ive never had windows or any other games do this on me as regular as it dows with ffxiv. Basically the codin for this game sux, the servers are crap and the vs is worse. Think before posting bs plz. Thx.

mm ok ... and why it is only on this game? (among the other 30 games that I have and normally functioning)
and why it occurs so completely random? one day is working for five hours in a row and the next day the problem may come every 10 minutes?
why this occurs on pc very recent, as on older?
why SE advised to check some of the material conflict, as with some sound card?
I believe very sincerely that the problem is primarily software - not hardware - and that whatever our adjustment and other handling, it can not solve the problem because it is aillor.
That said, by dint of trying to solve this problem, it may be that our computer will eventually be damaged, really.
