that cpu is 150W by default and you OCed it too (let's round it to 200) + 250W x 2 Titan so you still have 160W.
you can try removing a card and see if it shuts down even when using 1 card only.

i forgot to says, i'm playing in surround with 3x 24 inch (16/10) screen, thats cause the crash. I never had this probleme with my old 670 gtx. I have a wattmeter plug, and i can check power usage, but most of the time in don't exceed 750 Watt that is the very maximum, i'm around 500/550 with FF14, but a friend sayed thats its could be irregular voltage peek that could be the problem.
By the way, i still have those strange freeze problem, like everyone.
I believe I found the issue behind my errors, and it seems the majority of us own the same hardware that is causing all this trouble, our Solid State Drives. I did a fresh OS install with just my Vertex4 installed and right off the bat, I was getting crashes. Specifically the dllhost.exe errors. When I traced my previous crashes, they were all .dll crashes. I turns out my SSD is actually corrupted.
I went ahead and installed Windows7 on a 1TB Caviar Black I was previously using for storage and the problem is no longer existent. I'm working with OCZ to replace my SSD and try to install FFXIV on it once my replacement arrives and see if the issue persists once more.
*shrugs* I can't imagine that this is the solution to everyone's issue who posted here, but its perhaps a try :\
This fixed my problems all together...Hi, i have recently installed Dev Driver 326.84, that you can found on Guru 3D Website (forum->nvidia driver), with the latest Physx Driver (9.13.0725), and it fix all problem for me with my GTX 770, since i don't have driver crash (Timeout Detection and Recovery ) or BSOD, my game works fine.
This driver have best performance in FF14ARR Benchmark since 314.22. (equal)
I experiment this issue with all driver from 310.90 to last 326.80, 314.22 was the most stable but with TDR error sometimes.
Try and feedback, on a french community forum, i share this tip and it fix the game for other players.

I got another robo-response from support, they want me to call them. What are they going to do, tell me exactly everything I've tried?
Same problem here. Had it originally installed on hdd. After countless crashes and blue screens and uninstalled and reinstalled on ssd. Same problems, same errors. This has started for me since phase 4 beta, before that the game ran flawlessly.
Convinced it's not hardware issues on my end as this is the only game I have problems with. Blue screens are usually hardware issues but what explains random application crashing of this game?
