    Got email regarding subscription

    I love how I've gotten an email for me to start paying in October but not one email to one of my tickets regarding this problem. Yesterday I got a good couple hours with no crash but now I can't go for more than 15 minutes without crashing... and they want me to pay for this?!



    And what upsets me the most... what really gets me is that this was their chance to really make up for that horrid game they put out originally. They relaunch with absolutely horrendous (more like non-existent) customer support and a game that is inconsistently playable. I have played countless PC games and this has never once happened to me. Your average gamer is just not going to stick with it... such stupid business decisions from these guys and that's what upsets me.

    It has been 24 days... 24!... since the moderator popped in to say they're looking into it. That doesn't cut it Square... I'm sorry. The worst part is we're probably the lucky ones who get some acknowledgement because I know there are countless threads full of people who haven't heard anything from a representative of SQE and have had numerous technical tickets ignored or eliminated. Way to relaunch your game guys! All those resources poured into improving the game when you forgot in the end it's about the service... we're paying for a service after the game is purchased and you are failing at providing a service. It's like paying for a cable subscription but sometimes the channels work and sometimes they don't... no one is going to pay for that. Guess what... Elder Scrolls and many other high quality MMOs are right around the corner.

    I hate seeing businesses make such blindingly stupid decisions.
