    I got a robo-response to mine, stating everything that I've already tried. Upgraded to the new nvidia drivers (327.23 WHQL) and the problem persists. Wish it were easier to troubleshoot than "Could be every four hours; could be every four minutes."

    Not entirely true. My CPU (Phenom II X3 720 BE) was running stock clocks when it was still happening.
