Well so far so good, I have yet to crash and I've been going for 3+ hours ow *knock on wood*. When you say you have a shortcut on your desktop, how did you do that? Since I will be using this method to prevent crashes, I would like the easiest way to execute the command for lock speed and then revert to normal. Thanks again for all your help btw!

It was in the guide, though I have more simplified ones just containing the two commands. Create the files in the install directory and make shortcuts of them to desktop.

    Mine are just basically
    lock.bat containing: nvidiaInspector.exe -forcepstate:0,2
    and
    default.bat containing: nvidiaInspector.exe -forcepstate:0,16

Sweet I got it working. Thanks again. Lets hope this is a perma fix, until they do it themselves.

is something noticeable supposed to happen after running nvidiaInspector.exe -forcepstate:0,2 from command line?

It was explained in earlier posts, but in short, it locks the graphics card speed to a certain level which for some weird reason completely stopped the crashes and freezes for me.
