Freeze/Crash & BSOD issues

I'm using 320.49 driver now, and have used 2 other drivers, with absolutely no discernible difference. Weather doesn't seem to be a factor, I've seen most weather types, and have crashed at seemingly random times, including in the character select screen and in indoor dungeons. Temperature and load certainly don't seem to be factors either, more often than not I've crashed with very few models on screen rather than in high load areas (probably just because I don't tend to spend a lot of time in high load areas). And changing PhysX to CPU doesn't seem to have made a difference either, lasted about an hour that time, which is fairly normal.

Are you absolutely sure all your temps are good? Also have you ran a memory test?

If you are using Windows 7 (perhaps Vista too)
Windows Key + R (or use Run) and type in "mdsched" follow onscreen prompts. Let this run for about an hour (in the meantime you won't be able to use your machine so go grab some lunch or something).
