Can't hit the Redeem My Code button

The issue is that I access the Pre-Order Redemption Website, I put my code and get all the checkmarks, then I select my Platform (PS3) and then nothing happens when I hit the Redeem My Code button. It does'nt open other page, I don't get any message at all, It's like the button isn't working. Thanks in advance.
