If squenix is adamant about these new character lockouts not being removed any time soon for the few servers that are still locked (i.e. my server, Leviathan). I would like to request unpaid character transfers to lower population servers so we will actually be able to play alongside the friends that we came to the game with. This would occur after you fix the stability issues, obviously.
