Just had this happen to me. Greens are in the bar. I am almost rank 3 with chocobo so I know how to use him. First time he died was about 30 min ago and won't re summon.

I had something similar happen to me two days ago actually.
Changing zone didn't work, and using greens just consumed the greens and didn't resummon the chicken.
Logged off and on again and was able to resummon straight away.

I logged out for about an hour and was able to re summon. Think that's the key to fixing. Since we both had success.

Once the chocobo is dead, as far as I know, it's still in your party. Maybe if you Withdraw him and dissolve the party, then you can resummon? I haven't tried it yet. Seems logical, though.

I think someone asked how to see their chocobo experience and skills?

You just need to open your character page and select the small chocobo icon. Not sure how that works on PS3 sorry.
