Thank you for taking your time trying to find me a solution. Unfortunately however I am from finland and I believe with the current contract I have calling out-of-country number would cost me a lot.

Regarding to the specific issue I have, there really isn't any other than me being concerned with not having any cd-key and because of that not being able to attach one-time password (android) to my account. I only have the pre-order early access code and the game is bought from square enix EU store and the account management system seems to require a cd-key attached to the account to be able to enable one-time password.

I would just really appreciate for the support to work at all since it seems to be working with everyone else (which probably means my issue with the support not working will never get fixed). It's a bit concerning not being to ask for any help right now or in the future I might have with the game. (the forums also barely work, most of the time logging in fails)
