I've been saying the same thing. They need a queue and that is all. I've never seen this stop character creation in YEARS. I have same amount of friends that can't play with me due to this issue.

Don't come to Diabolos. It's so packed you can't ever get on the server. Always just says that it's full and no queue pops up.

The game doesn't feel that packed to the point of stopping characters from entering. I've ran into zones with no one in sight.

That's because they are afk in a sanctuary.

would not matter if we all moved to another server by the time we got done making chars we would get a msg no longer allowed with how things are.

What they need to do is put an afk timer on people so it auto logs them out after like 20 minutes sitting idle.
