    Early access code not received

    Hey there, I pre-ordered the collectors edition on the 24th from shopto.net (A website advertised on the pre-order page of FF14 ARR) and I have not received a code for any of the pre-order bonuses or an early access code. Is anyone else having this problem? I would really like to join early access.

    Welcome to the club. Hundreds or thousands of people are unable to get a code or redeem it. So far SE has yet to comment on the issue.
