    Error 10102 preventing any NA datacenter login

    Hello,

    Last night after maintenance I lost the ability to log into any NA datacenter. I receive the error message 10102 whenever I try and am kicked back out to the start screen. Some of my characters are listed below:

    Sargatanas:
    Eternal Sama

    Ragnarok:
    Eternal Sama

    And a few other servers of the same name

    NA datacenter is down for maintenance between "Aug. 25, 2013 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (PDT)"

    BTW, SE, I think it's "hilarious" (yeah... you're right, moreover pathetic) that community members have to help each other and there's not one damn tech support "engineer" working the forums. Seriously, pay some kid minimum wage and s/he'd be stoked to work the forums for you guys.
