    Improve Linkshell System

    We can't kick players out of the linkshell without having them online or near us. Same with inviting and promoting. Plus a linkshell announcement/message just like in FFXI would be helpful as well.

    for optional suggestion would be 3rd linkshell rank would be a bonus!
