I've just started getting these issues for the first time.
It kicked off when I started a main story quest by speaking to an NPC, luckily I wasn't in battle.

"Even after the darkest of nights, morning always comes."
Same errors here , was going to Limsa Airship Landing and i disconnected.
i've been pretty patient as i have had most of the errors or problems. but i got up this morning thinking it would be fixed but now i can't even log in. starting to get really frustrated and about to give up until next week or so. VERY disappointed right now. i guess i'll play dcuo for a while. there's many good mmo's on ps3 and i was really looking forward to this.
character name: Rob Stark
world: Diabolos
Takeda Shingen - Excalibur
A 90000 error reborn is the new name of the game...
sorry "not' many good mmo's.
Same started quest over the rails got kicked out with error 10102 tried to relog in on my other character same problem
Did it ever cross your minds this is the login restriction they mentioned? I can make a character on the JP servers easy and play but I can't log any of my NA/EU server characters in. As lame as this is I suggest we all chill a bit. The NA/EU servers have been heavily congested since P4, sure I want them to hurry and fix this issue but I know a fix is coming so i'm not sweating this.
It's the limitation entry, the limitation to test what they did in the maintenance.... Be patient they'll let us in.
Well I never understand what they say...
WHAT THE HELL!!!! LET ME IN NOW!!!
[exit-> and slam the door]
disappointed.
Entering "The Waking Sands" I got booted off the game with 90000 error.
When I try to log back in I get errors of 90000 and 10102.
I just........
I just................
I JUST..........................
