Don't forget to hit yourself on the way out, we wont be missing you. I'll be instead enjoying this great game.
People need to relax, obviously none of you have ever played an mmo at release. This is nothing lol.

Really you should look before openeiing your big mouth seeing as im a legacy player who played this fail mmo upon its original launch and stuck with it this entire time only to see the same thing all over again. so dont talk to me about playing an mmo upon launch. because this is not the first time that SE has done this

I'm a legacy player as well, it only cost 18$. You are no more entitled to me. If you'll quit because launch isn't perfect, feel free to walk out the door. This isn't the same, and if you actually beta tested or played 1.0 since launch, you know full well, that this is no where near the same. A data center issue is something that can be worked on. Releasing a game that required a 12 step program just to access the main menu, and 6 steps to enter combat, are completely different issues.Really you should look before openeiing your big mouth seeing as im a legacy player who played this fail mmo upon its original launch and stuck with it this entire time only to see the same thing all over again. so dont talk to me about playing an mmo upon launch. because this is not the first time that SE has done this
lolwhiteknight.....your an idiot if you think it is ok that release after release no company learns how to release an MMO better. Not to mention all the idiot mistakes made from a company who shouldve stuck to sp games (3 day open beta? youf or fuckin real SE?). To your argument I have seen numerous MMOs with far smoother launches with half the funding. Take your white knighting elsewhere unless you plan on letting this burning house fall on your head. Whod have thunk in 10 years we would still see no progress made in the realm of MMOs, hell even the game systems have changed in 10 years so why should the servers I guess?

You just gotta wait a lil and keep trying. They are limiting the number of users to test the new fix on the servers they did last night. Relax, the world is not going to end.
You keep crying on the forums, I am going to go fap to this game.

It's attitudes like this that cause MMO's to fail. You do realize that FFXIV won't run on your hopes and dreams alone, it needs players. People had the same attitude with 1.0, and we all know what happened there.

It wont run on these whiners who quit at the first sign of trouble.

Sadly that's what most people do. Believe it or not not everyone who plays FFXIV is die hard set on this game. And don't forget there are first time MMO players (some ps3 users) who are not used to the usual MMO launch day errors like some of us are. What makes you think those people, and most other people, are going to put up with errors like this for days on end?
They won't.
