can not post in forums other than tech support

When I try to create a new thread I get a message saying I have reached my daily limit or my characters level isn't high enough. I have only posted on the tech support forum one time yesterday and my characters level is 18 Arcanist. Not sure why I get this error but I have questions I'd like to ask on the forums and this msg is very frustrating. Please fix!

Hey, I have the same problem.

I posted 3 things when the forum was opened, now, apparently I don't have a daily limit. I can only post here in these threads.

I read last night that you had to have a level 50 to post elsewhere in the forum O.o

It seems that although you can post unlimited amounts in the tech support thread, those posts count towards your total anyway.
