[dev1011] Alternative ways of getting Faction points

I find things that take a lot of work and are slow to acquire are far more rewarding....
So I don't mind the current system
Also because the drops are random, it requires more cooperative play or even trading to get a full set
there are a couple mages in my LS with a full harlequin set.... a few with Buccaneer's set and some scattered templar Pieces (I need the sollerets)
Also, if there were some other way to get faction credits.... or if faction items were alot easier to get, then people would never "complete" guildleves, they'd just fail the best 8 every reset, so having an incentive to succeed is nice....
Right now if you go to all 3 cities and grab just "Brotherhood of the Broken Blade" quests..... You could get around 100 faction per reset, thats 400 a week

Lastly, if it was easy to get, then you'd feel a lot less pride from wearing your ultra leet "templar's Chain Coif"
