    Venting my frustration - EU has NO support whatsoever

    This has been rehashed ad nauseum, but since the very hour EA started I've been trying to do just what EA promised, an early access to the game...

    For some reason, be it my misunderstanding of SE's strange obsession with countless login screens, accounts and sub accounts, or an error on SE's end, my EA was assigned to a new service account.

    Much to my delight I saw there was a specific form posted on the support site just for this type of problem, so I guess I'm not alone in this, so I submitted a ticket to have this rectified.

    It took support 16 hours to send me a mail informing that they received my ticket, but that is all, no action was taken reassign the service account.

    If you aren't going to handle this issue within the EA period, why create false hope for a swift solution by putting a specific form on the support site?

    That is all, I guess I'll wait till the 27th to reactivate my first service account, until then I'll just be a sad panda :-(

    In my experience, Europe has crap service, all around.

    Not that this is an excuse for more of it.
