My character have been stuck from advancing the quest.

It says that my character is "on duty" but in fact my character is wandering around the city.

I cannot use the "Tell" to chat with my friend nor add them to my friendlists.

When I continue talking to NPCs that I have to do the quest, it will disconnect me out and throw 90000 Error.

Please correct my problem please. Thanks
