Switching Classes = deleted/missing quests?

I leveled a marauder to 16 in his starting area then starting leveling a gladiator over in his area. A lot of quests are missing that I remember doing when I leveled my gladiator in open beta on a different server.

Something bugged out and I cannot do any of the quests that I'm suppose to have at my level. You can look at my quest log and see that they are missing and unavailable.

I noticed missing quests from Horizon, Black Brush Station, and many of my Storyline quests were skipped. I never even had the opportunity to meet Papashan from the level 5 quest, Underneath the Sultantree.

Is this working as intended for leveling your second class? I was under the impression that I would have all the quests available and not be forced to do Guildleve quests repeatedly.

If you completed the quest's with you main class, I believe this is working as intended, anyway this is the boat i'm in doing my second class ... but once you reach lv 10 you unlock guildhests and at lv 16 dungeons should make things easier by then

No, I never did them on my main class. I only know that the quests exist because I did them on a different character (gladiator) on a different server during open beta, but I wanted to be on my current server instead so I rerolled a marauder on it. So my marauder only did the quests in his starting area, then when I went to level my gladiator he's missing all those quests that I remember doing before (on a different character, on a different server, during open beta).

Isnt that quest part of the main story for starting in Uldah? Once you do the main story quests from the City-State you started in you cannot do the story quests from the other City-States (Quest Lvls 1-15)

^ This exactly. I too remember Papashan, and that is the main story segment for starting in Ul'dah. Each of the three starting regions have a unique story line up to 15 where everything comes together.

Also if I level my main to level 15 in Limsa Lominsa, I cannot get any quests under 15 on my second character in Uldah? Only quests available to me are in the 15+ zones. So I'm stuck doing leves and level 15+ quests (that I can't even turn in).

OK, yes it does look like level 15 is when I can quest again.
