    Still no EA code

    Apologies if there's been a solution to this problem posted already, I have searched and searched and haven't found a solution. I've also tried e-mail support for the SE store in a couple different locations, but have yet to hear anything back.

    I'm a non-legacy 1.0 CE player, so I pre-ordered the PC digital download standard edition a couple days ago from the EU SE store to get early access. I received an e-mail confirming my order (and I was charged) which told me I would receive another e-mail with my early access code, but I never got a second e-mail (and no, it's not in my junk mail).

    The only solution I've found on these forums is to contact support immediately, but haven't found any way of contacting them apart from e-mail, to which they haven't responded...

    Edit1: And go me, put this in the wrong section...

    Edit2: And just to tease me, they now have this on the front page of their support site:

    If you order from SE store the code is directly on ur Order Details when you look up the order via findmyorder.com. On ur order details its at bottom of shipping/billing details where it says "Begin download" of bonus content etc etc et. If not its possible standered edition doesnt qualify for EA. Contact DigitalRiver, not SE store about ur order. DigitalRiver runs the NA SE store.

    I'm in the same boat. Filed a ticket on the 21st, and got this a couple days ago, and still no code.



    I'm beginning to feel like I was phished or something, as this issue was answered in the ticket but has no mention anywhere else in support/the forums like the "error 3" issue.
    I ordered from http://store.na.square-enix.com/DRHM...0#.UhjIx_RN-4r and my order confirmation number/product SKU came from webhelp.v4@digitalriver.com

    I look up my order on www.findmyorder.com as the e-mail instructs, but there is no download button or code there either.

    Can anyone who successfully got their code/order confirmation let us know what the body of their e-mail looks like? (edit out personal information and numbers, but show the person's e-mail who sent it)

    Thanks for the attempted help guys, but since I'm Australian I ordered from the European store, so it's a different story.

    I am from NA server registration and all but i also ordered from the SE digital download from Digital river , the conformation email u received has the "Serial Number/Product Code: xxxxxx-xxx-xxxxxx-xxx" in it . you need to take that # and go to your respected early access sight for NA it is http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com/ and i believe its for EU http://preorder.eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/( not positive on the eu sight ) but you input your serial number/Product code there , once you get that threw you will get directed to a completed page witch will have your 20 digit code for your EA items conformation. they will also after send you the email with the same 20 digit # for the items and where u need to go.
    I had to keep trying about 10 minuets to get past the error 3 but keep trying it should go threw and you will be-able to download and play . I hope this helps

    I didn't get a serial number in mine. This is what my order confirmation e-mail looks like.



    The only 'numbers' I got don't fit the format required for the code. No letters in them either. I still tried to enter them, no dice. Was your e-mail from the same mailer's address or look anything like mine?

    This is also what the findmyorder page looks like for me. Is this a legit URL?



    I need to know if I got phished. Because I -was- charged, and I did not receive any serial numbers/codes of any kind.

    I too am in the same boat... I did not get the code on my order screen nor via email... I order my first copy on the 23rd and I got everything just fine... last evening when we ordered one for my gf... nothing.. they just took the money..

    9AM-5PM (PST) Mon-Fri. Closed weekends.

    From personal experience the phone support goes faster if you have a ticket number from the support site, if the person you get is not as helpful as you'd like or you can't understand them for whatever reason, ask for Level 2 Support. Hope any of this helps, I feel for you guys, good luck!
