They will be sending out the codes/ Packages of the game between Aug 27th and Aug 30th. The preorder access code is NOT the same as the game code. You won't get any bonuses until they send out the game codes and it is officially launched. Early access is from the 24th of Aug to the 30th of August to allow for the delivery of the game to people.

You promotional code is given from the merchant where you purchased. Call your merchant's customer service.

Bought it directly from SE website like most other people ! they have no live chat or email support this weekend and ofc no phone number to call either so your point is mute

What are you on about?? when you pre purchase the CE (collectors edition) you get early access with it as well as the bonus items... you really need to do your homework before you chat crap about something you clearly don't know anything about, they were suppose to send the codes to us between 1st of august and anything up to 2 hours before early access launch, and now 1000's of people have not received their codes or was given codes to the wrong platform and even to the wrong server NA > EU seriously read before you post silly things that make you look dumb.

I cancelled my SE order from July, which I was never charged for oddly, & ordered from Amazon maybe 5 minutes ago. I immediately received my code & am now downloading the patch

Some of us can't, or don't want to cancel. I ordered the CE for the physical items along with the in game items/EA. Anyhow, its shipped already. Your just another person not giving SE the full payment, as amazon and other retailers take a cut off the top.

Why don't you actually read the posts square enix has made. Those are NOT the game codes for the collectors edition or the standard editions, The are EARLY access codes until people receive their game codes to allow them to play.

When you register your early access code the next page shows your game code for early access and they also send out an email with this code.

They sent out wrong early access codes for NA and EU, Not wrong game codes. Why don't you read before making yourself look like a moron. From what I understand the EU code is a 18 digit code.

As for the Bonus items, You have preoder bonuses and collectors edition bonuses. They use 2 separate codes, and you can not get either until the game is officially launched.

I got my game code for the collectors edition today 8-27-13 in my e-mail from digital river. As I said the preorder code and the game codes are different. Next time STFU when you have no clue what you are talking about.

Next time you tell someone to do their homework, why don't you do your homework before you spout off non sense and make people worry more.

Also fair warning for anyone who bought the CE of ARR but had 1.0, the code isn't going to work. You needed to use the upgrade feature on your account mogstation.
