Call SE CS, you can google the number, but it is not a 800 toll free number.

i had my anwser 2 hours ago they sended me my code took arround 3 day's to get an anwser but i bet they have a massive amount of tickets to reply to

yes well they have masses of amount of people with no codes, and they cant be bothered to own up to their own mistakes or have the general courtesy to make a post or reply to one of the many threads that touch on this topic. they are pathetic cowards that don't care about the people they have wronged!
