    How about a timetable instead of some ambigous log-in time in the future?

    The title says it all. It would be nice to know roughly when we can log in again, instead of asking us to just keep trying, cross our fingers and hope we go a slot.

    I, like many, love this game so far. But if this is what you consider customer service, you're going to hemorrhage paying customers.

    The only thing the news tells me is that I've wasted my day by planning to play my new game. Yes, MMO's have issues at launch. I get that. There has been plenty of down-time this weekend. I've been patient. But, adding another layer to the poop-cake, they decide to slowly open the spigot that is the player log-in process, which will be completely finished at 10PM my time, effectively killing any chance for me to play today.

    I, as a customer, am unhappy with their lack of service and communication. Customers who lay down and die do nothing to push the progress of customer service. It's those of us who demand better, who do.

    If a large volume of players attempt to login to the game simultaneously, certain players may receive the following message: “This World is currently full. Players in queue: ##.” If you receive this message, we ask that you please wait until your login is processed.

    1. It goes from the que to saying "world is full try again later" there is no que, and when it showed the que even once for me it was 12 ppl waiting, id assume they increased the amount of ppl being allowed to wait in que, why even have a que for 12 ppl?
    2. I do not understand, I paid to get early access and I don't get it. If I pay for something and don't get it then please don't ask me to have understanding. it is insulting.
