Taken part in beta phase 3 and 4, and under the impression my character will be playable in full game. Tried logging in to new web page but it says I don't have a character created, any ideas please?

Also I ore ordered my copy of the game from a shop and as such never received a code to allow early access, was this only meant for digital ore orders? Tbh by the time any of this is answered to my satisfaction the game will be officially out, but I would be a bit peeved if not receiving a ore order code has meant I will miss out on anything else it entitled me to.
