Not exactly a new player but this STILL confuses me a bit!

1. under optimal rank
I know being under the rank Penalises the stats... but how are you supposed to work that out?

2.Class
same as 1, how am I supposed to work out the Penalty for this?

3. Bonus Stats
Do we get the full boost or a percentage of it, this really bugs me...
