Those games are REGION LOCKED this game is not. That is one thing your not understanding.
And you should be thankful that we get actual updates to the game in all languages at the same time, as the MMORPG market is and has always been full of cases in which updates come later for languages different than the primary one.
There's a LOT of difference between actual game updates (to which you're entitled as a paying customer, since they're part of the product) and posts on a forum, to which, sorry to say, no rule or contract anywhere entitles you
Yep, and I'm *very thankful* of the fact that the game isn't region locked as it would be much worse not to be able to play at all because some lack the patience to wait for accessorial communication to be translated.
I uderstand it very well. What you don't understand is that information on the forums isn't part of the product. You didn't pay for it, ergo you're not entitled to it. Be thankful that you receive it in due time.
The *product* is perfectly delivered in all languages at the same time (and with a top-notch localization I'd add). That's all that matters for an "international project".
Not really. There's no rule in place about that. The one in charge must be *competent*.
There's a LOT of difference between a spanish company in which people's first language is spanish, that uses the exact same method of writing as english, and Japanese, that not only is a different language, but also uses a different writing method. And honestly I think that if it wasn't SE and if it was, in exemple, a Spanish company nobody would excuse him.
The gaming industry is full of companies from russia, and guess what? their communication arrives faster in russian. Mind you, there also are plenty german, polish and such companies, and in MANY cases their communication comes first in their native language, and then is simply translated in due course.

SO TRUE!Yep, and I'm *very thankful* of the fact that the game isn't region locked.

I love you, can I have your babies?Incorrect!
Blizzard deals with multiple regions but guess what gets updated first and quickest? The NA/EU (English) side of things, everything else has a delay (and by your logic, this delay shouldn't exist), especially China (SC II news is mostly 3rd party news.)...so it's not that uncommon because you're used to it and it just seems "unfair" because it's not your language.
