I'm sure I'm not the only one that has had this problem, but even if there are other threads to this end, I must post it regardless.

I played 1.0 throughout the alpha and beta, and on through official service for a while.
Didn't get far, but I played it enough.
I have also been playing ARR through alpha and beta up to this point.

I pre-ordered the digital collectors edition of ARR directly through the Square enix store on May 26th (first day it was available iirc)
And have RECEIVED NO PRE-ORDER CODE OR ANYTHING BEYOND AN INVOICE.

I have not thought much of this as I've had no trouble accessing the beta tests so I assumed either it had been processed automatically (the 2nd content ID was there the following beta phase) or that I would receive my code at a later date.

Today I attempt to start the game and I see a message telling me;
"No valid or active service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn."

After following through various SE sites and services, it appears that I was not sent something I should have been.
I am not best pleased.

My apologies for the lengthy post, but it is quite necessary.

Has anyone else had a similar experience?
