No Serial is confirmation email from SE Shop!

I just ordered my fiancee a regular digital copy of the game and she got the confirmation email, but there was no serial number under the digital copy info for us to use to register her...

What should I do?

I have a similar story, only I pre-ordered mine May 26th.
I have received nothing past an invoice.

I really hope this gets resolved.

A lot of people having this issue. I had to cancel my pre order. Everyone is saying pre ordering through Amazon will get you a key in minutes.

This is false. Amazon is no longer giving out keys according to replies to this similar advice going around.

UPDATE: I went to findmyorder.com and it still shows NO serial for the digital copy, but under the pre order items it says "processing serial number or unlock code" which is odd...

Will I get another email or do I just need to refresh this page until it processes? =(

Also, off topic but how come my avater isn't showing up in the forums?

i had the same problem i submitted a ticked on thursday and today i recieved an anwser from support with EA code so if you didn't send a ticket yet i guess your EA is over

She doesn't even care about EA at this point lol we need the serial to play period... I'll put in a ticket I guess though...
