    I for one (it seems) would just like to congratulate the customer service department for their prompt response to my enquiry.

    Last night whilst I was enjoying exploring the game, the infamous 10102 network error message appeared so I got in touch with service department. Within half an hour they responded, detailing and informing me of their current server issues and apologising every step of the way. An hour or so later I was able to log back in and resume my early access!

    Have some empathy peeps, things like this will inevitably happen and aught to be expected. Lets all try and be optimistic. I for one am grateful the problems are being resolved sooner than later.

    I'm sure several months down the line, many of us will be looking back with rosy eyes and discussing this with our friends with smiles and warm funny feeling in our hearts.
