The preorder bonuses are not a gift.
The preorder stuff is an advertisment, to get alle the people, that want to play, to buy the game before start.
The aim: to plan reccources as the selling numbers are known right before the service go live.

And you get your early access, keep in mind - the advertisement does not indicate how many days are in EA, nor does it account for service disruptions caused by previously unfound bugs in the server.
Stop being pedantic, you are either in game and not having the issues or you are no doubt not at your pc and so aren't phased by the inability to play.
It is an issue, its that simple, SE is a big boy, they don't need you fighting their corner.

I hope this is fixed before the official release.. Fingers crossed.
Same Error 1017 here, really poor service so far to be honest.
People need to stop thinking that Early Access is a bonus that is "optional", If you offer a bonus to someone but decide to not actually follow through on that, then equally the money we spent should be kept in a vault away from SE till release.
People put money down, money that SE can get interest on and invest. Yet we see no investment here. To people saying, oh you can go outside while they fix things, grow up. How people want to live their lives is no concern of yours, if they choose to use their time to play this game and are unable to, how is that different from paying for a big football game only to find you arrive at the entrance to be told, games full, no there is no queue to wait in, just me, a massive guy saying you can't even park your car, cause we are full. You think, but I gave you my money, he doesn't care, they're full.
I'd be happy to have a thing saying, oh you are 500th in the queue, it will be about an hour, then I can leave it open for a hour and get in at least, currently, there's a massive wall and I can't even guess how I might sneak into the server to play the game.
To those saying, its Early Access, don't start, that simply means there are less people playing than release day potentially, so the issue will simply be greater and that's quite a lot of the problem too.

It kind of represent the state of SE, all this problem, they are like blizzard now
except they technically got more experience and should be able to handle this problem without doing fake fix and random headroll on keyboard...
Well if during beta they didn't found this then we got reason to be worried for the future of the game..
fixed before official? THIS IS THE OFFICIAL ffs! You payed for it, you made a deal with SE that by buying this game for few extra $ you get 2 days head start in game! What SE is doing is violating the buy/sell deal. All this bullcrap bout being sorry for "incoveniance".. it's inconveniance, it's violating the law. And ur all like "omg, stop flaming, let them work, it's better to work now than work while actual premiere is happening". Well here's a schocker, actual premiere took place yesterday and all we got for our money is downtime 15 hours of 24 so for the cost of 2 days headstart you got yourselves 2 days of headache and bleeding ur fingers for login. These things shouldve been taken care of while beta testing, it's the actual game. When you get urself an interenet connection your provider is giving you the money back for time when service could not be provided, should be the same for this game as the law of international trade clearly states that when you cannot use the service you can's be charged for it. Also those stupid mog hats and cait sith dolls were not delivered, another violation. I love FF series, finished and bought almost every ff game that was out, but for this title SE should get decapitated... Or at least give us 2 days play time back when servers go open for everyone.
