I don't think so. I bought it because they offered me early access, otherwise I wouldn't have pre-ordered it.
I don't ask for a completely bug free service, as you say, I ask for accessing the game, at least.

Not really, had 1.0 only reason i preordered again is to support SE and get early release. i'm not bitching, i just think this is really bad on their part.

Actually if u take it that point, we can say it was a scam? making publicity, incentivating people buying the game because of that bonus, cant that be sued?

Wrong , early access was part of the deal in the preorder package , we are not talking about in game bug , it's about servers being locked on purpose ( even if the reason may be understandable ) by SE , denying infact that part of the deal about early access .

Someone may even call it false advertising
